  • Enablement of the customer's own support desk for internal first-level support
  • Transfer from the integration environment to the production environment and start of regular operations

Here is an overview of our services

Based on the initial situation, a target picture of the target state is developed. The object of consideration is the relevant use cases that belong to supporting processes and participating systems.

The solution design, concepts, specifications and concrete recommendations for action to achieve quick wins describe the target benefits. These are developed in joint workshops.

The developed concepts are implemented by modeling, configuration or individual programming. Inventory data is recorded, prepared and transferred to the target system.
