The FNT Service Desk is the central support portal for our customers and partners. The FNT Service Desk is an important component in meeting our demand for optimal support services that are geared to the needs of our customers. It enables you to submit new requests, view the current processing status of existing requests, and keep track of issues with the help of flexible search functions and reporting options. In addition, communication is improved, for example, by proactively sending notifications of status changes. This means that you always know the current status of your request.
