- FNT Command Basic
FNT ProcessCenter is a workflow and process automation platform used mainly in IT,
telecom, and data center environments.
It's part of the FNT Command product suite and is tightly integrated with the
CMDB and infrastructure management tools from FNT.
The "FNT ProcessCenter Basic" course teaches participants the knowledge and skills
needed to create and start a request as a Process participant.
This course also covers task editing and monitoring as a Process manager.
The basic architecture of FNT ProcessCenter is explained, along with the various domains
Requests, Tasks and Workflows.
The different types of process participants, such as Requestors, Approvers and Managers,
and their differences are explained using various examples.
The Monitoring of tasks and workflows as a process manager concludes the course.

- Get to know the FNT ProcessCenter structure and architecture.
- Understand the difference between Process participant and Manager.
- Create and start a new request.
- Edit Tasks as Process Manager.
- Check the result based on defined Milestones.
- Monitor the execution of tasks.
- Open a workflow instance and check the activity logs.
