FNT ProcessCenter is a workflow and process automation platform used mainly in IT,
telecom, and data center environments.
It's part of the FNT Command product suite and is tightly integrated with the
CMDB and infrastructure management tools from FNT.
The "FNT ProcessCenter Advanced" course provides participants with the knowledge and skills
they need to model forms using the Command BGE resources as a Process Modeler.
This course also covers Workflow modeling and creating BPMN files with the Camunda Modeler.
Designing Requests consists of modeling Request Items and Templates.
Advanced Workflow Modeling involves extending existing Workflows, incorporating
Sub-Workflows for human tasks and defining Milestones.
The Versioning and Import/Export functions concludes the course.

- Get to know the FNT ProcessCenter structure and architecture.
- Understand the Process Modeler user role.
- Create a new Form using different Elements based on Command BGEs.
- Model executable BPMN diagrams in Camunda Modeler.
- Design Request Items and Templates.
- Update existing Workflows with Milestones and Human Task Sub-Workflows.
- Import/Export Forms, Workflows and Request Templates.
