The goal is to provide our customers with quick and straightforward access to product information and guidance. Instead of searching through various documents at length, users can ask their questions directly and immediately receive relevant, context-specific answers.
What problem does the FNT Assistant solve in the day-to-day work of FNT Command users?
Many users are familiar with the situation: the information exists, but it is spread across different sources and is not always easy to find quickly. FNT Assistant solves exactly this problem by making the search process much simpler. Users no longer need to manually search through documentation. Instead, they can ask their questions in natural language, similar to speaking with a colleague, and receive the right answers in an instant.
What are the biggest benefits from a customer perspective?
