FNT Software Appoints Achim Rudolph as CEO
Ellwangen, July 14, 2026: FNT Software GmbH has appointed Achim Rudolph as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 1, 2026. Under his leadership, the company will continue its long-term growth strategy with a particular focus on international expansion and the further development of strategic partnerships. Innovations around the Digital Twin, digital sovereignty, and artificial intelligence will serve as key pillars of this strategy.
Achim Rudolph has been a member of the FNT Software management team since March 2026. Most recently, as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), he was responsible for the company's global Sales, Marketing, and Presales organizations. In his new role as CEO, he will retain his previous CSO responsibilities while assuming overall responsibility for the company's strategic and operational development.
The leadership transition is part of a long-planned succession strategy. Carsten Wreth, who has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's development over the past years, is handing over the CEO responsibilities of FNT Software GmbH to Achim Rudolph. Wreth will remain Managing Director of FNT Software GmbH and will continue to support Rudolph in an advisory capacity. He will also remain CEO of FNT Services GmbH alongside Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Alexander Mette.
Focus on International Expansion and Partner Business
Achim Rudolph brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in the software industry. Before joining FNT, he held senior leadership positions at USU GmbH and Orgadata AG, where he was responsible for building international sales organizations and expanding into new markets across Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, and Australia.
As CEO, Rudolph will drive FNT's international expansion, strengthen its global partner ecosystem, and further establish the company as a leading provider of software for the integrated management of digital infrastructures. A particular focus will be on helping enterprises and public authorities digitalize their critical infrastructures while creating a reliable data foundation for automation and the effective use of artificial intelligence.
"FNT has a strong technological foundation and significant international growth potential. My goal is to expand our presence in international markets, strengthen our partner business, and continue to develop our solutions in line with our customers' evolving requirements. With our European Digital Twin, we provide a trusted data foundation for transparency, automation, and the effective use of artificial intelligence in network and infrastructure management," said Achim Rudolph, CEO of FNT Software GmbH.
Carsten Wreth, Managing Director of FNT Software GmbH and CEO of FNT Services GmbH, sees the appointment as the next logical step in the company's development:
"Achim Rudolph combines international management experience with strategic vision and a strong customer focus. He has the right qualifications to successfully lead FNT Software into its next phase of growth. I look forward to supporting him in an advisory role."
