Prerequisite: FNT ServicePlanet Catalog Management

The ServicePlanet Administration course provides the necessary knowledge for setting up and configuring the system. In this course,

Content overview:
- User administration (Tenants, users, roles, groups and their assignments)
- Monitoring (sessions, audit trail, jobs overview and monitoring of the application)
- Global administration (maintenance, glossary and other cross-system settings)
- Tenant-specific administration (Customization of functional content for the tenants)
- Customer-specific administration (Overview of PDF templates, glossary and other customizations for customer)
- Scripts (Direct, manual and automated scripting)
- Import/Export (Tenant data, system data, user data)
- Exercises

Coruse duration: 1 day

This course is currently only offered on a customer/project-specific basis.
