Our main objective is to collect valuable feedback from a diverse range of participants so we can align our future product with the actual needs of users. In addition to gathering insights, opinions and level of satisfaction, we’re also interested in understanding personal preferences, expectations, and daily challenges. 

Another key objective is to identify potential barriers to using the product. This is particularly important as software-as-a-service solutions and apps are often used without extensive training. We want to ensure that the user interface is intuitive and that the user experience is satisfying.

Testers should have knowledge of data center and/or ITO operating aspects and processes, optionally experience in dealing with documentation under compliance requirements or legal regulations. 

Knowledge of FNT products is not necessary to participate in this test. All career levels are welcome. 

Participants will be using an innovative SaaS documentation and planning tool for IT Operations teams of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).  

The product is a web application. The only requirement is a standard browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and Internet access. The product is accessible via mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.   

We use different test methods as part of the beta test program. In general, you should allow 30 minutes for a test.  

Your personal data, including name and e-mail address, will only be stored and processed as part of the beta test. This is to give you access to the test materials and communicate with you regarding your feedback and experience. Your personal data will not be passed to third parties. After completion of the beta test, your personal data will be deleted from our systems unless you have given us your express consent for further storage and processing. You may revoke your consent to storage and processing of your personal data at any time without providing a reason. For further information, please refer to our privacy policy.
