Change in the management of FNT GmbH with effect 01.01.2022

Effective 01.01.2022, a long-planned change to the management team of FNT GmbH has been realized. Nikolaus Albrecht, CEO and co-founder of FNT and Horst Haag, CTO and also co-founder, have left the company. Both will continue their involvement with FNT, Horst as a consultant and Niko as a shareholder.

"This decision was made a year ago and we part ways amicably. After twenty-eight years at the helm of the company, we came to the mutual conclusion that it was time for a change," says Nikolaus Albrecht.

Carsten Wreth (CEO) and Branimir Madzarevic (CTO), two experienced and successful managers, join the company and, together with Michael Schmidt (CFO), will steer FNT into an even more successful future.

Carsten Wreth: "Within our first weeks at FNT we reaffirmed our belief in the impressive capabilities of the FNT products and of the extraordinary team spirit at FNT. Together with all FNT employees, we are now working on the further development of the FNT Command Platform and the expansion of our strong and long-standing customer and partner relationships.
