Prerequisite: FNT Command Basic

Documentation of different service types of transmission technology with the Command TELCO module.
At the beginning there is administration and configuration of logical ports, slots and service types.
Based on concretely formulated tasks of the Basic Level, it is shown how the individual services of the Logical Level (Base Services) as well as the service level (Higher Level Services) in Command can be "switched" with the help of a wizard.
You will learn how to edit existing services such as Service type replacement, Switch service or Leased Lines (Dark fiber connections).
The Advanced Level part of the course is based on typical requirements for the documentation of current broadband technologies. The participants are to find out the correct approach from various possible solutions based on semi-open tasks. In this part of the course, participants will also learn about the extensive possibilities of the Business Gateway Entities (BGE) available for Telco.
Finally, the various options for reporting and visualization are presented.
