FNT Command Order Management

Prerequisite: FNT Command base course

The aim of the Order Management is to permit the acquisition of incoming orders and the associated physical parameters, such as telephone numbers, switching routes, system and terminal data.
The processing of orders (suborders) within a defined workflow also are parts of the program section. Orders are processed quickly and with high quality with the documentation being made simultaneously in Command.

 Monitoring, searching for and controlling the suborders through to the termination of the complete order
