FNT and Partners Awarded Best Interactive Showcase Catalyst at DTW Ignite 2025!

FNT, in collaboration with Globe Telecom, Singtel Group, Dell Technologies, NVIDIA, and Kinetica, has been awarded the TM Forum Catalyst Interactive Showcase Award for the joint Catalyst project, “PIONEER – Predictive Intelligence for Optimized Networks & Enhanced Experience Resilience.” The award was presented at DTW Ignite 2025 in Copenhagen, recognizing the Catalyst team for delivering the most interactive and engaging showcase at the event. 

 

A Showcase of Innovation and Collaboration

The Interactive Showcase Award is one of TM Forum’s most prestigious recognitions, celebrating Catalyst teams that not only deliver cutting-edge solutions but also succeed in communicating their value in a compelling, hands-on way. Winning this award is a powerful validation of the innovation, teamwork, and vision behind the PIONEER project. 

Together with our partners, we demonstrated how next-generation, AI-native network architectures can transform the telecom landscape - enabling Level 4 Network Autonomy through predictive intelligence, automated inventory management, and resilient service operations. 

PIONEER addresses one of the most critical challenges facing communication service providers (CSPs) today: the need to move from reactive, siloed network operations toward proactive, self-optimizing networks. 

The project brings to life a real-world implementation of TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA), leveraging: 

• Predictive AI to anticipate network congestion and recommend actions before issues arise
• A unified, federated inventory fabric to provide full real-time visibility across physical, virtual, logical, and cloud-native assets
• Generative AI copilots for intelligent troubleshooting and guided operational planning
• Open standards like TM Forum’s ODA, Open APIs, and DT4DI to ensure interoperability and future-proof scalability

This innovative approach empowers CSPs to break down data silos, enhance operational resilience, and deliver consistently high-quality customer experiences.
